September was a busy month for the Wellness Almanac as we acknowledged Reconciliation Week, made note of the changes that fall brings (new beginnings, preserving season and renewal, barred owls, coho salmon, and rosehips) and welcomed over 400 visitors to the blog.
There were a couple of great fall recipes to add to the repertoire: chicken chili with cornbread muffins, bannock, and chocolate chip pumpkin squares.
We also explored the fascinating history of Mt Currie, the mountain, the monument.
