Two new roles, each full-time for two years, have been created, and are hiring now.
The Senior Researcher will be tasked with leading and conducting surveys, focus groups, interviews, analyzing and reporting data into LIL’WAT systems, procedures and community processes.
In this position, you will need to use a wide range of research, analytical and project management skills to lead, support, guide the collection, organization and digitization of LIL’WAT history and knowledge.
The AGRICULTURAL Manager is required to oversee the creation and implementation of the Nation’s agricultural plan. The individual will have a background in agricultural enterprise, knowledge of sources of funding for assisting with agriculture, grant application writing skills, and an engaging manner to attract Lil’wat member participation. The building of food security and production resiliency are aligned with self -determination.
