Hi there, maybe you are know 🙂 for dry spaghetti portion use index finger and thumb tips, fill the hole with the dry spaghetti here is your portion, all other pasta shape should be counted like rice, it doubles when cooked…..1 cup of dry pasta becomes 2 and so on! 🙂 enjoy your pasta 🙂
