Wellness Tip: Sleep. Get More of it.

Okay, it might not work for New Year’s Eve, but here’s a new year’s resolution for you. After all, it’s Arianna Huffington’s tip for wellness and success: get more sleep.

In her book, “Thrive: The Third Metric to Redefining Success and Creating a Happier Life”, Huffington recommends cultivating four things to be more successful and happy: wellbeing, including a good night’s sleep, a capacity for wonder, wisdom and giving.
