Sarah, I always appreciate your comments, Thankyou. I took a walk yesterday and listened to this podcast between the author of that ceremony essay and the woman he spoke of with the treasure vase practice… it might appeal? I wandered through trails I normally ride, took a few “wrong” turns and ended up in this unfamiliar spot, trees so draped with old mans beard it was magical.
