Meet Josh.
aka, this week’s guestagrammer at @thewellnessalmanac for the week.
Josh is a transplant from Saint John, New Brunswick, having grown up with the mighty Atlantic Ocean as his front yard and thick forest in the backyard.
He drove west after university, and 8 years later, is still here, now with his wife and 7 month old son by his side.
As well as a photographer, he is the area director for Young Life in the Sea to Sky.
Follow along this week, as he encourages us to embrace the rain, unplug the phone, take an avalanche safety course before doing anything silly and drink coffee by the campfire.
