It’s a busy time of year. Here’s why it’s worth squeezing in a work-out.

A workout is the first thing I cut from my to-do list when it’s ridiculously long.

But, after watching this TED talk from neuroscientist Wendy Suzuki, I’m rethinking that, in a big way.

The most most transformative thing you can do for your brain, and your mental health, today is: Exercise.
