What’s flowering in September – the good and the ugly

I’ve got the most spectacular sunflowers growing right now. They are giant.

They appear to be on the memo re September’s preferred colour palette, but don’t think yellow is a safe bet.

As Sea To Sky Invasives shares, these invasive species flower in September, and as the first step to managing the spread of invasive species is identification, the second step is to identify the things blooming each month. So get to know these yellow rascals at at www.ssisc.ca/floweringtimes:

– Common Tansy

– Tansy Ragwort

– Chicory
