Instagram isn’t really Mike Richman’s thing. In fact, social media isn’t his jive. He’d rather talk to people, for real. He’d rather do, than take selfies. He does have an instagram account, but only because the girls on his basketball team peer-pressured him into it.

But when I asked him to take-over the instagram account for the Wellness Almanac, he was game. Want to see wellness in action? It’s stockpiling firewood, feeding the pigs, eating your own chicken, having a game night with the family, shooting some hoops… and then checking out the Pemberton Music Festival which is basically one huge reminder that our lives are set against the most stunning backdrop imaginable.

And yeah, Billy Idol still kills it.
