Is it just me? Or do you see something in Ruben Guibert’s Photo of the Week that fills you with hope?

Maybe the reason they say “a picture is worth a thousand words” is because a picture isn’t a story, it’s an invitation to tell a story, and you could take that story in any direction, depending on what you see, what speaks to you, where you’re at, how you’re feeling. Any direction at all.

If I knew more about composition, lighting, photography, I could speak with intelligence about Ruben’s latest image for the blog, but I don’t. I think it’s lovely. It fills me with hope. Maybe it’s just me. What do you see?
