With Slow Food Cycle Sunday imminent, (it’s this Sunday, in case you missed the memo), it seemed appropriate to feature a foodie instagram account, as part of our follow Friday instagram feature.
It doesn’t get much more Slow Foodie than Pemberton’s Mile One Eating House – they’ll even be dishing up burgers at the Millerd/Mitchell/Kuurne compound, so people can appreciate what it takes to grow happy cows. (A view.)
Purveyors of comfort food, one of Pemberton’s favourite restaurants, (see TripAdvisor, John Catucci’s You Gotta Eat Here, and Pique: Best of Pemberton Awards, for the last 4 years in a row), but apart from being family friendly farmer-fanatics, they’re also committed to putting Pemberton on the foodie map, and even commissioned a map to help make it happen.
