  1. Fresh mountain water (which has the highest prana/chi) warmed to the right temperature for the type of tea is the oldest, purest and simplest form to hydrate healthfully and take herbal remedies.
  2. Tea is the second most popular beverage in the world, after water. (In many parts of the world, it’s a cleaner and safer source of hydration, because it’s boiled.)
  3. Tea contains caffeine in moderate amounts but the amino acid called L-Theanine is one of tea’s finest attributes –  you get the caffeine but in even dosage to the brain over 6-8 hours instead of a jolt of jitters.
  4. Tea also regulates blood sugar and reduces cholesterol.
  5. Namasthe Tea Co’s Earl Grey uses real Cold Pressed Bergamot from true Sicilian Bergamot Oranges which actually gives the tea uplifting properties for gloomy days. It also includes a blend of Pemberton grown hand-harvested cornflowers for a citrus and floral note that has been used traditionally as anti-inflammatory, antidepressant, antiseptic, digestive botanicals.
