Todays Green Smoothie Recipe
1 handful kale
1 handful of baby arugula
1 handful of mixed greens (baby spinach, kale and collard greens)
1 thai coconut (water and meat)
juice of 1/2 lemon
few drops of stevia
sprinkle of cinnamon
dash of tumeric
1 tsp spirulina
Blend, pour, enjoy!
