This meal of Honey & Cinnamon Glazed Chicken with Asian Pears, Sautéed Sprout Tops on a bed of grated Carrot & Daikon with Walnuts & Thyme, finished off with a Red Grape Gravy, was made entirely from an Ice Cap Organics harvest box, apart from the chook!
