The Wellness Almanac 
I just read a true story – “The Sun Does Shine” about a man who was unjustly charged with murder & spent 30 years on death row before being exonerated. He has a real experience with this statement that also comes up in his story. It certainly did stick with me as a way to view each present moment.
I feel as though someone is sitting on my chest, just trying to imagine being unjustly incarcerated… I will have to check that out. What a powerful way to transcend bitterness at injustice… Respect.
