More than anything, my kid would like a cat or a dog. We’ve held out so far, but that lack hasn’t prevented us from attending the annual Santa PAWS event for the past two years. Said child dressed up in his favourite costume, an all-in-one dog-suit, so we fit the part, got our photo with Santa, drank hot chocolate, made crafts and cookies, and made some contributions to the amazing work that Pemberton Animal Well-being Society (PAWS) does in our community.
