Susan Reifer, RYT-200, has practiced meditation for over 30 years. She is offering a series of meditation workships at Kula Wellness Centre, 7714 Guthrie Road, Pemberton, in February and March. If you are meditation-curious or have come to the conclusion you need to learn some stress-management techniques, this is your opportunity!
Email email@example.com to register.
An Introduction to Meditation mini-workshop will run at Kula Wellness Centre on Sunday, February 25th from 7 pm to 8:15 pm. The cost is $12.50 for those who register and pre-pay in advance. A minimum of five pre-registered students is needed for the workshop to go forward. Once we reach minimum class size, drop-ins may be available on that evening as space allows for $15 cash. You’re welcome to join if you’ve been meditating with us regularly, although the focus will be on reviewing and practicing some foundational concepts.
A three-week Meditation class series will follow, also on Sunday evenings, March 4th, 11th and 18th from 7 pm to 8 pm. The cost is $30 total for the full series for those who register and pre-pay in advance. A minimum of five pre-registered meditators are needed for the class to go forward. Once the class is set with pre-registered students, there may be space for other meditators to join us if they come on the first evening, March 4th, only. Drop-in cost for the first evening only will be $12.50, cash, and for the whole series when paid on the first evening will be $35, cash. Drop-ins will not be available for this series after the first week.
All are welcome to the three-week class series, however if you have not meditated with us before, it is recommended to take the Introduction to Meditation first.
If you are keen to join either the Intro to Meditation mini-workshop on Feb 25 or the Meditation Practice Series on March 4th, 11th and 18th (or both), please let me know by email, and please e-transfer your fee to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If for some unforeseen reason, the classes do not run (low registration, or I unexpectedly fall ill) then you will be refunded your payment itself.
Otherwise, please note that note that prepayment commitments are non-refundable and not applicable to future series.
If you know anyone curious about meditation (or already dabbling or practicing), please pass the word. Our meditation classes at Kula are all about sharing knowledge, sharing practice and growing community.
