Free family friendly fun for all!

SPUD RUN 3k + 10k all ages run
When: 8am for registration. Run at 8:30am.
Where: Meet at the Pemberton and Distrcit Community Centre
Entry by donation

This fun, community run includes, for the first time this year, a NEW 10K and family-friendly 3K fun run courses.

Proceeds go to the Pemberton Valley Trail Association for building and maitaining trails on the valley floor.

CANADA DAY PARADE
9:00am: Parade participants please report to the Community Barn to register and organize
10:00am: Parade begins at the Community Barn and ends at the Pemberton and District Community Centre

CANADA DAY CELEBRATION BEGINS!
11am-2pm at the Pemberton and District Community Centre!

-National Anthem sung by Aude Ray
-First Nations Blessing by Maxine Bruce and Lex Joseph
-Family friendly dance party with Ira Pettle
-A live musical performance by Aude Ray (12:20pm-12:50pm)
-Face Painting
-Canada Day cake
-Pemberton Brazillian Jiu Jitsu demonstration and games
-Pemberton Karate Club Demonstration
-Mens Shed activity: Creating Butterfly Boxes
-Fun Science For All activities with Veronique Hamel
-Glitter Tattoos
-Family Friendly Activities in the Pemberton and District Public Library
-Arts and crafts table

Here’s a sneak peek at just some of the vendors you can expect at our Canada Day Farmer and Artisan Market!

– Pemberton 4H Club will have an animal petting station, and information about the Kids 4H Club
– Pemberton Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will have games with prizes, as well as popcorn and iced tea
– Devine Gardens will have a lovely farm stand with goods for sale
– Pemberton Meadows Fire Association will have an information booth
– The Pemberton Canoe Association will have a fun activity and club information
– The Pemberton Multicultural Network will be doing crafts
-The Pemberton Lions Club will be making some delicious food
– Lynx Cafe will be rolling in to keep you caffeinated
