The Valley of Light project comes to fruition

This is going to be sitting on my coffee table this winter. And I’ll turn the pages, to mark the days, that Polek shot his photos, as a reminder of two things: 1. what a beautiful place we live, and 2. how much can be accomplished when you build upon the power of a daily practice.

One day at a time. That can take us great places.

Polek has been sharing his images with us every month on the Wellness Almanac, ever since I first discovered his work from his Valley of Light website. So I’m happy to share this news of his long journey, realised. A copy of his book can be picked up at One Earth Collections and Gallop galley in Pemberton, as well as at The Market at Mile One Eating House.
