The final session for the Mental Health Speaker Series is coming up on Thursday, May 7 at 6pm.
Join the gathering at the Pemberton Public LIbrary on May 7 at 6pm for a free session about personal wellness strategies.
The special panel members are:
- Ursula Carus, Lilwat Health and Healing;
- Christine Suter, trainer, life coach and triathlete, with C2Sky Multisport who will share her experiences with exercise and its impact on mental health; and
- Andrea Voros who will speak about nutrition and lifestyle awareness and their effects on healing and wellness.
