So, obviously, Santa’s a pretty in-demand character this time of year, so he could only make it to the Pemberton Valley’s Lodge’s Gingerbread Project for one day, but the amazing display of gingerbread buildings is still on for your awe-inspiring, sweet-tooth generating, food bank-stocking pleasure.
