There are eight weekends left of summer – between now and the Fall Equinox. Maybe it’s that countdown feeling that has me wanting to do a quick recap of July. Where did it go again?
Here are some highlights from the Wellness Almanac, in case you were too busy out camping, swimming, festival-going, Spud-running, alpine hking, fire-fighting, art-journalling, berry-picking, weed-pulling, ribbon-cutting or railway reminiscing to have been behind your screen.
