If you use trails, like trails, wish our trails were better, or just enjoy a mid-summer social gathering, plan to be at the Pemberton Valley Trails Association’s annual fundraiser at the Community Centre on Saturday.  The funds raised helped the PVTA secure matching funding commitments from the Village of Pemberton and SLRD, by showing how much community support there is for trail development and maintenance in our region.

This year in addition to having the Silent Auction and Grand Raffle (hotel rooms at Tyax?, Heli drop on Barbour???) this year, the PVTA is hosting a photographer’s Showdown featuring Dave Steers, Brad Holmes, and Simon Bedford. So if you’re looking for inspiration to get out and enjoy our neighbourhood, look no further.
