Saturday, May 25, 2013, from 12:00pm until 3:00pm, join your neighbours in a working bee to spruce up and spring clean Gates Lake Community Park.

This event has been organized by the Birken Fire Protection Society and Birken Recreational and Cultural Society.

Free BBQ provided by the Sqamish Lillooet Regional District.

Please bring: chair, water, rake, gloves, hand tools, pruners, shovel, weed eater and/or pruners.

The 3.16 acre park lot was purchased by the Squamish-Lillooet Regional District (SLRD) earlier this year.
