This meal was prepared for the One Mile Dinner Photo Feast contest by Lil’wat caterer, Katrina Wallace, of Kat’s Catering.
This contest pushed me to work harder to ensure even more aspects of my dishes stay local! For health and wellness! ~ Katrina Wallace
This is a bacon-wrapped, seasoned fresh Venison Tenderloin Cutlet (tsi7) dish, sided with 4 Cheese Garlic, Miller Mashed Spuds and Catalina-Maple marinated Carrots, topped with roast dripping gravy!
Wallace writes, “The Venison/Deer in this dish we hunted, butchered and preserved on our own. The vegetables in this dish are local produce from the PVM. Across the Creek Organic spuds! mmmmm!”
As a happy sidenote, Kat’s Catering will be cooking the Wellness Gathering feast on October 25, as the culmination to the Wellness tradeshow and Recognition Awards.
