To be eligible to attend, you must 1. be a teddy bear, 2. have a teddy bear or 3. like teddy bears an awful lot, and have teddy-approved snacks to offer. The Pemberton and District Public Library hosts a free teddy bear picnic on Friday, August 7, because they're rad.
