Night out at the theatre? Next Friday, the Pemberton Library will transform into our theatre in the round for a one woman musical tribute to legendary pioneer of Vancouver Island, Cougar Annie.
Katrina Kadoski moved to an off-the-grid historical homestead 33 miles north of Tofino in 2007. It belonged to a reclusive settler, Cougar Annie, who lived there for more than 70 years, outlived four husbands, shot plenty of cougars, and started a post office, and sprouted a fascination with the woman, that turned into this acclaimed solo theatre piece.
