You don’t need to be a political boffin, a poli sci grad, or a member of a political party, and it’s definitely preferable that you aren’t a study of Machiavelli.

Municipal elections are set for November 15, and candidates have between 9:00 am Tuesday, September 30, 2014 and 4:00 pm Friday, October 10, 2014 (excluding weekends and holidays) to declare themselves in the running.

To help curious and interested folk understand what is involved, the Village is hosting an information session on Monday 29 September at the Pemberton Community Centre.
