Luckily, author Janet Love Morrison is a good sort, so she won’t mind if she’s pretty much upstaged by Coho the rescue dog (and her handler Kevin), when she heads to the library today, at 3pm, to read from her new picture book, Radar the Rescue Dog.

Radar the Rescue Dog is inspired by the story of a real dog… A dog just like Coho. Who was Whistler’s very first avalanche rescue dog. Radar’s owner was Bruce Watt, one of the original founders of the Canadian Avalanche Rescue Dog Association (CARDA).
