Give Every family member a task for an emergency. For example, turning off the electricity, collecting the emergency kit or taking charge of pets.

Add snacks to your kit: granola bars, peanuts, trail mix etc. (remember to check expiry dates and be sure to exchange food before it goes bad). Easy way to remember – add a calendar reminder to your smartphone!
