Join the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre in Whistler on the evening of Saturday September 29th to Celebrate First Nations Culture and Arts.

Featuring First Nations Cuisine, a 90 minute Salish Performance showcasing 4 types of Salish Dancing, Hoop Dancing and Top Salish Visual Artists, as well as an Urban Lounge showcasing the up and coming youth artists including Deejays, Hip Hop, Acoustic and Fashion Artists, the festival is a chance to Explore the Spirits Within.

Youth under 19 must be accompanied by an adult.

First Nations Cuisine 5pm – 7pm  
A selection of First Nations appetizers and favorite fares with performance by Lil’wat Nation Kalan Wi.
Salish Performance 7:30pm – 9pm 
A 90 minute Salish Dance Performance featuring:
Gitxsan Nation – Dancers of the Damelahamid
Squamish Nation – Spakwus Slolem
Lil’wat Nation – Alex Wells – World Champion Hoop Dancer
Tsimshian/Nisga’a Nations – Git Hayetsk

Urban Lounge 9pm – 11pm  
Showcasing the up and coming youth artists including Deejays, Hip Hop, Acoustic and Fashion Artists. The lounge will open at 9pm and will include light snacks and desserts.
